why is it so difficult?

Why is it so difficult to lose weight? I even met with a nutritionist who looked at 3 weeks of me tracking every bite and sip I took and told me I eat a very balanced diet. She told me I need more iron, and back off on the sodium.

That was it.

I dont have time to work out-its not an excuse its the truth. Im just feeling so dejected.

    Hey, it's good to see you blogging! I just showed my husband a picture of you, and I said, "Isn't she hot?" and he said yes, and he's very picky (though you wouldn't know it to look at ME! =) ). I think you're gorgeous just the way you are.

    Well, I think it is a daily thing for each of us who has gained weight, lost it only gain it again. We are food junkies & to inhale or even looking at something tempting I gain weight.....
