This past week has been a pretty busy week for me but I stayed with the program. I ate more freggies than I normally do and it reflected on the scale with a 2 pound loss. That's the 1.5 that I gained last week (still don't know how I gained it) plus an additional half pound.
My goals for this week will be to continue with the freggies (will cut back to a little more reasonable amount of servings) and continue with my workouts. I still have not been able to run due to the problem with my leg but I have been using the elliptical quite a lot. It doesn't seem to bother it.
I will continue to pre-plan my meals so I know exactly what I'm going to eat for the day. I'm hoping that with these continued plans, I will see the scale continue to go down in the right direction.
