I really am interesting in knowing if I am the only one, if this is just me or if I have company out there with this.
I have tried numerous times and I mean numerous times with programs (30, 60, 90 days you know the ones from different people, etc). And every time I start them with good intentions of following them through to the end and finishing them, life seems to get in the way or I just end up getting really bored and I do NOT complete them and say FORGET ABOUT IT.
I find I do better with switching it up every 1-2 weeks and I end up doing so much better! And when I do this I also end up eating better as well.
