I'm still going strong today. I'm sticking to the meal plan. I had to switch a couple of meals around in terms of times and I skipped one snack because I was talking on the phone and forgot! I wasn't hungry anyway. I lost weight today (I forgot already how much). It was enough to make me feel good! I'm very proud of myself getting in all the water I am supposed to be drinking. It is 4:00 pm and I have had 80 oz of water already.

Then there is exercise. None yet. I'm struggling with the motivation to do it. Plus I've been out doing other things and enjoying myself. I hate to pull myself away to come home and exercise. My goal is to start doing it first thing in the morning before I leave the house for anything. I really am going to get there.

    Keep going your doing great. I started with exercise and struggling with the diet part. I have no idea which way is better. At least we are working on it and moving forward.
