I'm a little late posting my blog. The last week of school seemed to take up all of my time!
1. Today is our second WI for BLC and I'm down 5.9 lbs for the two weeks, so definitely on track for goal.
2 & 3. I planned my menu for the next 2 weeks, logged my food for the week.
4. Last week I only got 5 days of exercise. Sunday is my rest day and I got sick on Thursday. Still stuck to my program, usually do a workout of my choice on Saturday so I did Thursday's then.
5. I have been active on SP and my Crimson Butterfly team.
6. I am blogging now.
