I am very hungry right now, looked in teh fridge for something to just grab, nothing easy or healthy jumped out at me(truth be told, if it DID jump, hunger would be the least of my problems) so now i sit here waiting for an idea to magically jump into my brain to prepare something nutritious and quick,, multi grain cheerios, smart balance fat free milk and a banana.
OR soup.. okay be back later, Let the Hunger games begin!!

    LINDA, you will have to be better prepared for the hungries.

    Make some "GO-TO" foods so when you walk in the door hungry. You can get something good instead of a nutrient starved kids cereal. DEBS has the great idea, just follow her example[le. It sounds soooo DELISH.
