What a great day I had yesterday. I stayed on track with both exercise and eating. The only regret is my son wanted to go out and play and I did not. I will need to just get my backside out of the house no matter how tired I may be after work.. I think maybe the TV needs to go.

M2 ~Herbal Coffee & Oatmeal
M3 ~ Mediclear Shake with frozen blueberries and half a banana
M4 ~Apple & Almonds
M5 ~Turkey Burger with Lettuce and avocado
M6~ Fresh Blueberries
I see I need to add more greens in my day somewhere. I will work on that tomorrow..
1 mile walk @ 19.15. I will need to work on that.
My Reformer class yesterday was AWESOME. I am quite sore today.. Love it…
