Well, I must be doing something right. I feel great and have a lot of energy as we start week three of BLC22.

I met all of my goals from last week. I have been tracking faithfully for two weeks now, I have gotten up every morning for a week and worked out before heading in to work, my exercise minutes are over 500 for the week, I have exceeded the minimum in the daily challenges and I have not had sweets for a week thanks to my Tiger BEAT pledge.

Because I met all of my goals from last week, including weight lost, I get to reward myself!! I ordered my new DVD from Amazon today. I got Kelly Coffey Meyer’s Total Body Kickboxing DVD. Check it out here if you want to learn more
. I’ll also be making a trip to Academy Sports for a new warm weather workout outfit (good thing too because these two-a-day workouts sure make me go through my workout clothes quickly).

Ok, so with the success I’ve had so far, what are my goals for this week?

1. One pound loss on the scale
2. Read Chapter Two of “Beyond Sugar Shock” and incorporate the strategies when I am craving sugar
3. Six servings of fruits or vegetables every day (our Rainbow weekend challenge really made me see how easy it is to get a ton of freggies in every day).
4. 10,000 steps every day

So, the rewards thing really worked for me last week. So if I meet all of my goals in week three, I'm going to get some new workout music for my iPod. I'm getting kind of tired of what I have on there now.
