to all the wonderful folks who visited my blog and commented- it really made my day!!!! It means so much when someone takes the trouble to be nice...and the advice i was given by all was solid!so much great stuff! I am going to start as I mean to go on, I hope that things will come together again like before...I got very discouraged when i put on all that weight after chemo and tamoxifen, but I will just have to snap out of it and get going and lose those kilos!

The worst time for me is at work, because they have a habit of ordering unhealthy mid morning snacks like pizza and Chinese, so i will have to avoid that as much as great loss, just feel odd sitting there with them all having a feast...I thought we were supposed to be at work, but no matter...

OK, will write more tomorrow!

    Can you take healthy snacks with you to work. That way you can join in with your own snack.

    nancypat1 has the right idea concentrate on those things think of getting healthier don't concentrate so much on the weight loss it will come . get all lot of laughs in the days .and bring your own feast to work to enjoy, boiled eggs, cut up fruits and veggies nuts and seeds . healthy food you really love .

    It's tough to face some of the goodies, but sounds like You are determined, and You can do it. Maybe others will follow by your example when they realize you are not participating in the snack line.

    Have a wonderful Wednesday and take care of YOU. Healthy eating and exercise will help, but don't forget getting enough sleep, resting and relaxing, and doing your spiritual/emotional work too. (HUGS)
