WEEK 25 - Reflection Wednesday - Up, Down, Up

What is your weight today? 150.6lbs
Did you lose, gain, or maintain? Why? Gained 1lb. Not surprised as the scale has been up this much since last Thursday. I’m hoping it’s just water retention and/or my body adjusting to the lost I had last week.
What have you done well? I stayed in my calorie range and I really thought about what I was going to eat and made adjustments to try to stay as close to the 1:1 carb/protein ratio. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. Oh and I registered for a
What could you have done better? I still snacked but definitely not as much as previously. I need to come up with more protein based meals especially breakfast.
What changes will you make so that you can be more successful during the rest of this round? Continue to decrease the snacking to eventually not snack at all. Preplan all my days meals. Find more easy recipes to vary what I eat so that I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t get used to it.
✶How many days did you track your food? Stay in range? I tracked everyday and stayed in range 6 out of 7 days. Father’s day threw me off.
✶If you did not stay in range, what will you do differently? On Father’s Day, I should not have eaten all of the chips and should have just had the chicken fajitas with the corn tortillas and no sides.
