Helloooooo Everyone!!!!!!!!!

I know I haven't posted in a while but just wanted to stop by and tell everyone how I am doing. I have been avoiding my computer as much as possible (except for school work) and just been moving as much as possible in the house, outside the house so forth.

I did not reach my 10 pounds in May but I did lose 7 so far and I am very happy with that!!!!!! I am down to 203 lbs, I am still trying to reach my goal of 145-160 and I am accomplishing it slowly. I have not been overwhelming myself with strenous workouts or anything like that but have been keeping a steady watch on what I eat and how it is cooked and just pretty much staying on my feet about 70% of the day. I have also been resting better, by that I mean getting more sleep since the kids are home from school for the summer.

I really enjoy this site and it has helped me out so much so I really hope no one takes it wrong when I say I am just avoiding sitting at the computer. I have learned so much in the year and a half that I have been a member of Sparkpeople and I just keep that knowledge with me rather than spending an hour or so extra sitting here logging everything. I will still be on every now and again, like today for instance to keep everyone posted and updated on my results but I am the type of person once I sit here I do NOT want to get back up and I will spend hours just staring at the computer playing games or what not just because it makes me lazy and I don't want to do anything else, this isn't the case with most people so I will just be logging on every so often to update for now on.

I wish everyone continued success in our journeys to better health and I know we ALL will succeed.
