So today I visit my doctor (endocrinologist) and guess what.
He put me on a diet and added more pills -
so now I have to say goodbye to all sweets, bread, rice, beans, potatoes and even coffee.
Fruits not more than 300grams and no bananas, grape and figs.
Veggies 800 grams and no rice, potatoes and beans
only fish and chicken not more than 250grams per day
not more than 1 egg
cheese and cheddar 15-30grams.
And he advice me to walk at least 10km per day.
I`m crushed. I don`t think I can make it. I barely walk 10km in 2-3 days so ...
Also about the food intake I don`t think I can do it. The only recommendation that I can do is not drinking juices and drink only water.
I don`t know how I can say totally NO to coffee.
I`m starting the new diet and pills from tomorrow, so fingers crossed.
I still don`t have faith that I can do it.
