I am back from vacation, and besides gettng a sinus and ear infection while we were gone, I am really proud of myself for not just pigging out all last week. I also got a lot of walking in while we were there. Took the time to analyze my thoughts about food and what I need to do to get a handle on emotional eating. Realized food is a crutch and it doens't need to be; I like to read, do yoga, walk my dogs, and these activities can take the place of just eating because I can and it is there. Food is fuel, not drugs.
Looking forward to getting back in touch on Spark and getting back to working on my goals!
