Early Morning

It's 8:30am here in sunny Arizona, and I've already been up for 4 hours.
I woke up without an alarm (lately, on my days off, I go to bed around 10pm latest), and started the day on the right foot. I went on a 5.5 mile jog, which is a distance I've only done once before. After that, I lounged around for about an hour, before heading to the gym to do a few weights and swim a little.

Whenever I wake up early, I feel so accomplished for doing so much before many people wake up.

Anyway, I had a GIANT burrito for breakfast. It weighed 3/4 of a pound! Once I got home, I took off the tortilla, and only ate the inside which was just potatoes, onions, green peppers, and salsa.

Now I'm off to start my day!

    emoticon on your 5.5 mile jog. Exercising early does make you feel so accomplished! I hate exercising in the early evening but I will take it over nothing!

    Woo-hoo 5.5 miles is great! You're right waking up early is very rewarding and gives you a great sense of accomplishment. Good job on nixing the tortilla, & saving yourself some carbs and calories for later.
