Fighter Diet Pro

So I started Fighter Diet Pro on Monday and I was surprised that I was able to stick to the meal plan ... well almost. I over did it wit the ginger snap spicy apple chewy's. Yesterday unfortunately, not so good. I blame myself for thinking I had the will power to bake chocolate chip cookies for the family on not eat them. Wrong!!

Oh well today is another day ump on the scale and it read 105.8. Should have did measurements but I am trying to not be so fixed on the numbers and gauge how I look, how I feel and how I can manage my energy levels. This will take some mental process because I have been known to judge my self worth based on a number. It is hasn't been the number on the scale it is a school grade. But recognizing it and taking trying to be kind to myself :)

  you can do harder than that....com'on. I made one of my weakness dishes, rice, and guess what....for the second day in a row I didn't eat it!!!! woohoo!!!

  I am right there with you I work as a teacher and I really struggle when I go to training's and the continually pass out treats to the teachers. Great blog is nice to see that even people who are in awesome shape struggle too.

    Triniity1 - you must be mistaken. Fighter Diet is actually low in carbs when in comes to fruit and grains. You get all your carbs from vegetables .... fighterdiet.com. Check it out if your interested :)

    I looked into that diet, seems like a good one, but too many carbs for me.
I cannot bake and not sample either. emoticon
