The scale shows me down to 145 this morning
- my goal is 130 -135. When I first started SP I had gotten up to 150, but didn't really work at it, went through a very stressful period and then I got up to 155. I decided to join gym in April and get serious about my health. I worked hard that month at the gym, going 5 days a week and working up to 30-40 minute cardio workouts and doing stretches and yoga. I got down to 150. Now I'm down another 5 pounds, but this 5 pounds
was a more balanced effort between my food and more moderate exercise. This effort is easier to maintain and really helps me realize what I eat is as important as how much I move! Thank you Spark People!!!
