just some thoughts

I've been a little bit of a slacker lately. Its time to stop that. I've let myself slide backwards and have gained almost 10 pounds back. I miss karate and kickboxing but right now its hard to get there. One son just finished baseball and another just started 2 weeks ago. His games start tonight and he has them every monday/wednesday. I wanted to start back in july but with baseball, my older 2 going to virginia for a week (wont have them to watch my younger 2), going camping for a few days i would end up paying for the full month but only going 3 days.

So I will continue to walk 2-5 miles a day as my form of exercise right now. The good thing with the baseball is that I dont have time to snack!

I need a new pair of ski pants for skiing this winter and i would love to be able to buy a womens xlarge instead of mens. So that is my only particular goal right now. If I put too much focus on a goal or too many restrictions on myself thats when I tend to go downhill.
