Recently I started the Choose to lose diet. I have lost 6 lbs since i started it. Then a couple weeks ago i started a BLCalenge. Between the two i hope to lose at least 24 lbs by the end of August. These are the goals I will reach to be able reach my 24lbs loss goal.
1. follow the carb cycle eating plan everyday.
2. Do 30+ min of cardio 6 days a week.
3. Strength train 4 days a week.
4. track food and exercise everyday
5. walk 12000+ steps a day
Reward myself when i get in the 100's and every 10 lbs after that.
