The "100 Workout"

My daughter asked me last night if I wanted to do the 100 workout with her. For those of you who Pinterest, I'm sure you've seen multiple versions of the 100 workout. The workout that my daughter and I did involved the following:
100 Jumping Jacks
90 Abdominal Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Abdominal Crunches
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts
20 Jumping Jacks
Run for 10 minutes
Wow! What a workout! To be honest, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it, but my daughter assured me that I just needed to do what I could. To my credit, I was able to do the whole workout, and man, were my legs on fire! I was convinced I wouldn't be able to get out of bed this morning, but other than a bit of stiffness and soreness in my legs, I feel pretty good. Hopefully my legs will feel good enough to get through a 4-mile run tonight!
In the meantime, my daughter is finding us a 100 workout for our arms! emoticon
