My plans for this week:
Drink 8 + glasses water daily
Get 6 hours of sleep nightly
Get 10,000 steps daily
Keep calories in 1600-1800 daily range
Stop letting the weight creep back.

I am not enjoying the creep, and I am kicking him out.
