I've spent the last three days sick. Not working out. But I feel as though today it's starting to come right so tomorrow back on the horse. Eating hasn't been awful nor amazing...I've paid attention to my food as opposed to saying "we'll I'm sick I'm just going to eat whatever I want" because that's a slippery slope.
So instead I'm going to tighten things up a bit, be a bit more strict until I get to my goal and then I should actually be able to live a similar lifestyle to, well, how I've been living the past three days (but also with exercise involved!). Eating normally....making healthy choices but eating at a maintenance amount instead of a deficit amount.
