There will be bumps.
And some bumps are larger than others.
But the only way to get back on track
is to well, get back on track.
I'm doing it!
I'm proud of the fact I tracked every bite yesterday.
I made healthy choices.
I went to bed early last night
which helped me to get up early this morning
and hit the gym at 5 a.m.
It felt wonderful!
I'm drinking more water.
I'm exercising portion control.
Did you ever notice how there are times when someone is there for you at precisely the moment you need someone to be there for you?
That happened yesterday -- and today, I'm stronger than yesterday.
BUT! not as strong as I will be tomorrow.
