As usual I'm rushing this when I feel like I have a ton of other things to do, but I wanted to check in as promised... I am back on track today! I had some overeating due to anxiety but no binge, so I'm happy.
Today I felt really grateful, so for my "staying positive" section, I'm going to just copy and paste what I wrote to my friend in our (attempted) daily gratitudes e-mail.
+ I'm grateful today was a much better day than yesterday.
+ I'm grateful I had my first PT appointment and that my physical therapist is a runner...so she understands.
+ I'm grateful for my running buddies this morning.
+ I'm grateful I had a short(ish) but good and inspired work session. Not only was I happy about getting back to my own research work, I was also really excited to find out that my boss is looking into a product by a company founded by a mathematician. On days like this, I'm so reminded how much I love math!
+ I'm grateful for getting back to yoga (last time I went was last Tuesday!). I felt really refreshed and happy afterwards.
