Why do we fight so hard to eat healthy and exercise when that s when we feel our best??? The million $$$ question!! Lol. Yes I am still fighting hitting a few speed bumps along the way!! As u know weekends is my worse time but exercise is really good right now!! Trying to focus on that and hopefully eating will follow!! Going to the gym and getting stronger really makes me feel good!! I am determined to do this!! Tomorrow is weigh in ! I'm hoping my weekend didn't ruin it but I'm gonna
