It's been exactly 2 weeks since I started BootCamp Andera. I've been swiimming, lifting weights, kettlebelling and doin Zumba. I have completed 500 fitenss minutes and lost at least 12 pounds. Going well, I'd say.

    I am so proud of you. Yes your face looks thinner!
So again you inspire me.
I know that I can reach my goal. I too am on the right track at this moment.
Since Monday I have worked out every day. I am eating right and feeling very strong and optimistic. I have lost 2 pounds this week already.

I need you to come to Calif and show me how to Vlog on the new computer. I would do it now if I could figure out how. Maybe one of my kids will be able to show me.
We will see.
