So here are my results for my week 2 fitness test
Push-ups (modified)- 15
Crunches - 30
Lunges (stationary; alternating) - 20
Bicep Curls (unison; 5lbs) - 30
Squats - 27
Cant wait to retest and see those numbers go up, especially the pushups.
So I've changed my mind about when I want to restart Befit. I've decided to wait until the weather starts to get too cold to bike to the gym. So far I've been enjoying my bike ride to the gym that first day was a doozy but it's been getting easier and easier which is quite nice. There is this hill that I always turn at on my trip to the gym that I want to be able to ride up on August 1st, I think that is a reasonable goal.
I have quite a few charts on my wall tracking my Cal burned, fitness minutes, calories eaten, water intake, and my CICO. I'm quite pleased with them so far. I'm still streaking yay. I do have to work on planning and eating regular meals though not sure why I'm having such a hard time with that. Well that is all for this week adios and thanks for reading.
