Zumba free for a few days..but I can dance in a chair!!!

I got into see the primary doctor and he thinks that I pulled my anterior tibia muscle..short term script. Aleve three times a day for 5 days..Also resting and gentle stretching is allowed,,
Now you might think that I am upset about this....actually, I am ready to rest. I can't manage the pain so if resting gets me back to Zumba faster, I will make myself rest. There are books to be read!!
It was crazy with thunderstorms and raining and flooding everywhere...good day for lying low..
SYTYCDE was awesome tonight and I stayed awake!
