WEds. triple portion of exercise... Yeah ME!!!!

Bummer, I just had a nice long blog, and it pulled a disappearing act. Never the same enthusiasm the second time...

Buddy and I walked a double walk this am and then Leslie and I did WATP 2 miles tonite, been a long time... Had a low blood sugar this afternoon, shakey and ate grapes and bananas and checked and I was at 4.4... I had a weiner too and checked and got up to 6.8,but I was shakey for awhile.. This is only my 3rd time in 16 yrs. of being diabetic....

Breakfast - fibre 1, banana
Lunch - kippers, bag of veggies, corn on cob, jello and yogurt,
Snack - grapes, banana, weiner
Supper - mackerel, pan fried potatoes and onions, cucumber
Snack - banana muffin, ginger cookies.

Went to my niece's and brought mashed bananas and somehow, unplanned, I became gramma/cooking teacher to her 13 y.o. and had her make the muffins... and my niece cut my hair - very short in back, haven't seen it yet, but feels goood....

Must go read .. and I wish you all ENOUGH!!!
