It's week 5 but you can start any time. It's a great routine that has cardio, strength, stretching, pilates, dance, yoga routines. A little bit of everything.
I have been so motivated to complete the workouts. I love the variety. I love Jessica Smith's style. I love that I am challenged but it's not at such a high level I can't complete it.

WEEK FOUR WORKOUTS:
Monday: *NEW* Bikini Body Circuit + 10-Minute Cardio Quickie
Tuesday: Cardio Core Flow + Lose Your Love Handles
Wednesday: 60-Minute HIIT Mash Up OR Cardio Dance Sculpt
Thursday: Sunset Stretch
Friday: Barefoot Fusion Walk and/or Sunset Barefoot Walk
Saturday: Cardio Mat Fusion
Sunday: Active Rest Day – Do some fun movement today and enjoy your energized, strong body!
I did all workouts except Wednesday's workout. Had a very busy productive day (and I did work out at the YMCA) and missed my scheduled video with Jessica. My daughter has started leading her own at home workouts and I've taken a couple videos of her. Jessica's dog Peanut always gets in the videos and we are quite amused by her. Also, my hubby has started working out with me at home. He had started coming to the YMCA and now will do at home workouts as well. I love that.
I am currently doing week 5.
Last night, my daughter had her Monday gymnastics class at the YMCA and we had another really busy, productive day out of the house. I did a 40 power walk on the treadmill at the YMCA and was planning to come home and do my Monday workout but only got in 10 minutes of it. I'm planning to do this workout another time. It seemed great.

Tuesday: Indoor Jogging (or power walking)
Wednesday: *NEW* Tank Top Arms + Kickboxing Ballet
Thursday: Stride & Strength II+ *NEW* Summer Leg Shapers
Friday: Barre Burn
Saturday: *WILD CARD WORKOUT!* Pick a workout that we’ve done together already or search through a playlist try a new one that you have been wanting to try out, or do your own workout! (Be sure to check in – post your comment on Friday’s Barre Burn video)
Sunday: CELEBRATE!! You have successfully completed our 5-Week Summer Shape Up Challenge!
Sticking with the challenge has been great for the last few weeks. I plan to make up a schedule using Jessica Smith's YouTube videos. She has SO many!
I am also training for the Rock N Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon. This will be my dad's first half marathon so that is very exciting. He has started training. I have not been running long distance so I hope to train safely and without injury. I am going to take it slow. The race is November 17 so we have time to train. We are following Jeff Galloway's half marathon training plan.
