I expected to see a loss on the scale since I had eaten so friendly yesterday. It was not to be. I was up by 0.5 pounds!
I went over what I had eaten and I think I discovered the culprit. For my morning snack I had put a slice of chicken lunch meat (deli thin) in a romaine lettuce leaf with 1/6 ounce of cheese. I had 6 of these. The lunch meat was the only processed food I ate yesterday. I checked the packaging and sure enough... there at the bottom of the ingredients .... coated in seasonings (including flour)!
I'm going to have to go back and check the ingredients of everything that's in my fridge and freezer. I am so frustrated with these weight gains.
