Is a Banana Split a bad idea for dinner

Tuesday, June 18, 2013

DH & I were in the mood for ice cream so we made Banana Splits for dinner yup, just that nothing else, we use low fat ice cream, lots of fresh fruit, some chocolate sauce for DH and carmel for me, chopped nuts no whip cream..

And I wonder why I'm at a plateau.... emoticon

I think it's a great idea (I had ice cream for dinner the other night!)

We did the same thing 2 nights ago with waffles, fruit and ice cream. and yes. I did use the frozen Greek yogurt on mine.

Hmmm. Maybe a good thing. I am just wondering if you are wired from all the sugars? Was it delightful?

sounds to me like that is a great dinner, and we have to do this sometimes, just not all the time, and really the whipped cream is not all that bad for you is it? emoticon

emoticon back at you. Not sure why it would be a bad thing to have for dinner, especially if you added losts of fruit. Maybe just high in sugar.
