Summer Challenge Goals

For The Slim Gyms summer challenge I want to achieve the following:

Post a loss every week - even if its small!
Make food tracking a habit again
End the challenge at 190-195 lbs.
Find more challenges to join and stay motivated
Refrain from eating seconds and fried food 5 days each week

    I picked up food tracking a couple weeks ago. When I don't, I gain. So we do what we gotta do, right?
