I am reflecting on how many tools I have to eat well and stay active. It has taken time, money, and effort to accumulate tools that inspire me, fit-into my life-style and that get results.
Here are my favorite tools that keep me successful as my weigh-loss goals:
*Supportive friends and family
*Aldi (fresh fruits and veggies that I can afford)
*Shoes that are comfortable to walk in
*Wii Exerbeat (I highly recommend this!)
*Blogging and Journaling
*Inspiration to try new healthful foods and recipes
*DietBet (currently this is working great!)
