I am starving~!
On Father's day my mom took a picture of me playing with our dogs. I had my "OH NO" moment. I weighted in at 189 and my "now" picture looks a lot like my 253 "before" picture! Sooo I used my Health board on my phone. it tracks my steps and I can track my food on it, super easy to track on it too. Cutting back and watching what I ate yesterday I ended up still having 2310 calories! I was really hungry yesterday too felt like I was not eating enough.... Clearly I have been eating way more than I thought!~ I did wake up a 1lb lighter today (188). Today I am aiming to get my calories down to 1700-1800. I have had dinner already and only have my last snack left (probably a baked apple w/sf jelly or tomato). I stoppped eating late yesterday too. I think my last snack was around 8pm with is good cause I have time to digest before I go to sleep.
I might try to stay at the 1700-1800 range for a couple days. I am not sure.. 1200-1500 is my goal. I just feel like I am starving all the time right now. I drink lots of water, and sometimes chew gum.
I did the math and I have put on a total of 32 lbs. 253 down to 157 back up to 189.
After I lose some weight I will post that horrible picture that is motivating me to get my sexy back.
