First Experience with a Chiropractor

Tuesday, June 18, 2013

Just got home from my first visit to a chiropractor. I'll let you know how I feel tomorrow. I'm planning to take it easy for tonight. Thanks for the input from my previous blog.

Hope you feel better after your adjustments.. A warm bath really helps before bedtime too! Some use Epsom salts.. I like essential oil of lavender in my bath. just a few drops to help relax all the senses.

Hope your back gets better soon. I love the cat exercises in yoga when my back hurts they help. if it hurts don't do it.

Take a nice warm soak in epsom salts. It helps, and taking it easy is what my chiropractor recommends.

Hope it does the trick for you.

Drink lots of water. Sometimes ice packs or hot soaks help.

After my adjustment yesterday, my back was spasming . . . took some tylenol and had a soak in the hot tub - it was great. I slept like a baby last night.

Eager to hear how you're doing in the next few days.
