Update: All the goals I set last week I MET!! I am in shock! I don't know where this motivation is coming from but I am using it for all its worth! I am doing it alone (Sis has had a lot going on) but that's OK! Hopefully I can motivate her like she's motived me and we can keep each other going.
This week got off to a crazy start. My boss has a close family member who is on their deathbed so she had to leave the country unexpectedly yesterday morning which means me pulling more hours at work. Good for the wallet but it also leaves less time to get done everything I need to at home. She won't be back for a few weeks so I'm taking this as my new schedule for awhile.
5am workouts have turned more into 5:30-5:40ish workouts which will have to end starting tomorrow (hopefully). The beginner program is about 20-30 minutes, intermediate (you repeat the segments twice) is 30-40 minutes, and advanced (you repeat the segments three times) is from 40-60 minutes which means I definitely need to be up by 5am. Yowza! I've been getting to sleep about 10:30 but I really need to get focused and try to be in bed by 9:30. My problem is what happened last night...
L asked me if I would go to the gym with him and since I am trying to add a few more cardio sessions into my week I thought why not. OMG did it wear me out! I stopped after 30 minutes because I started getting really dizzy and feeling strange but I am proud that I did it! I haven't done two workouts in one day in FOREVER! I'm going to try to do it again tomorrow but tonight I'm going to take it easy with a light walk. ;)
So that's pretty much what's up with me. My eats this weekend were AWFUL but yesterday I hit my goals for the first time since I started back on my plan!
This has totally motivated me today though I have been fighting cravings like no other today!
