I had a BBQ/ Fundraiser this weekend. Fun to help my friend out.. but IT WAS A disaster on the eating part!! I ate horribly sense last wednesday!! and now i gotta figure out a way to get my motivation back. I worked out today.. but i can tell with my energy i feel off. My workouts arent as good!! I need some inspiration from my SP friends!!

    first step taken by realizing you are off and need to jump back on the wagon! step two done you reached out to SP =)...we are awesome! step 3 you worked out today! Girl you got this! Continue to make good choices throughout the day and soon you'll find yourself in the groove of things and back on track. We all have off days, meals, etc .. the key is to get back into the good habits. =) I use sp daily for motivation, I read blogs and being supportive and motivating others gets me motivated.

    Try to focus on how good you will feel eating right and not on how bad you feel about what's happened in the last week. Way to go working out despite your lack of energy! After a short time of healthy eating and exercising, your energy will return emoticon .

    Motivation, that is a tough one. I find some great inspiration on the Pinterest Health and Fitness Boards. Drew Canole, in particular, posts many motivating fitness quotes. Also, Dionne Sinclair, Fitness Model, on facebook. Good luck!
