Writing a blog feels right so I think I am going to make a habit of it.
Baby Steps Second Step...
#1 Mon, Wed, Friday ---- I will do 10 push-ups per hour/ 10 hours of the day = 100 push-ups
#2 Tues, Thurs, Sat---- I will do 10 squats per hour for/ 10 hours of the day = 100 squats
(YES, I can do them in a bathroom stall. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks!)
#3 Sunday is rest day
My current Baby Step goal is to build muscle.
Yep there's me!
