Why I am glad I lost weight

+ I can wear knee high socks up to my knees!
+ When I fly, I don't have to worry about my butt hitting people in the face.
+ I don't pant when I climb a single flight of stairs.
+ I have energy to exercise!
+ When I buckle up on the plane, I have almost 18inches of belt left!
+ I don't have to constantly hike up my pants.
+ I don't feel ashamed of bulges and rolls of fat.
+ I love to walk!
+ My feet and knees don't ache when I stand all day.
+ I'm not hungry all the time.
+ I sleep great and wake up without having to hit the snooze!
+ I can find pretty clothes to wear that make me feel good about myself.
+ I am not ashamed to have my picture taken.
+ I have learned how to say "no".
+ I have learned that fresh vegetables and cooking your meals doesn't have to be boring or take forever.
+ I have more room in the driver's seat!
But most importantly...
+ I am healthy, happy, and enjoying life!!
