I've been reading about how TV, computers, lamps, etc. emit blue light which wrecks your melatonin production www.bbc.co.uk/news/healt
and otherwise damages your sleep rhythms. Candle light, fire light, gas light, etc. didn't do that. If you have to use light at night, dim red is best :-)
I'm going to cut back on my computer use and definitely on my TV watching for a couple weeks, at least 2-3 hours before bed (bedside lamp too so no reading I guess) see what happens, maybe see if I can get my rear outside during the day more. They do have red bulbs so I might buy one, see if I can read by it in bed. Never thought I'd be buying a red light?
