Well even with a little splurge I lost a pound. I walk 2 miles or more a day and add extra exercises when ever I get a chance as I am working on those inches. My arms seem to be the problem area for me. When ever I get a chance I do arm exercises sometime 3 times a day for 5 to 10 minutes. I think I am building muscle now so the inches lost are not happening. The hips though are coming along just great and so is the waist.
Well I am off to enjoy the sun while it is out then off to work to wear off some more calories.
