It's been a year...

I cannot believe how long it has been since I've been in these parts. So much has happened, I've gained like 20 pounds (Thank goodness it wasn't more), I became the first person to finish the biology graduate program at my school in 2 years, I started teaching and moved back in with the family.

So here I am with more excess time than I've had in 2 years and for some reason that always leads me back to spark... excess time plus the desire to lead a healthy life always places me here. Will this time be different? Maybe. But for now I'll just take it one day at a time and see what becomes.

For now I track all the things I eat and shoot for 10 minutes fitness daily.

  Yes it is good to take it one day at a time and start slowly. You will build up your time and if you track your foods and you will get there. Good job.
