Not losing, not gaining, keeping up with exercise and house work but eating a bit too much. I'm trying to get into a daily salad routine and will work on food choices from there. I need to get back to the pool, too, It's been too long and I'm paying too much money for my membership. I overslept my alarm this morning but maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow.
Just gotta keep plugging!
