Why are we fat for so many years Why do we over eat Why do we find it so hard to change.I am working on why I behave at times like I do.Food to me was love comfort I am slowly changing that Then I got in a diet mind set for many years Had to be perfect or give up and overeat whot I told myself I could not eat I stopped that I am learning how to eat in moderation All foods Write in my food each day Stay with in my calorie range.God loves me mow just as I am I learned that we are to be happy now and live life as best we can We will not be happier when we are thin I am learning how to understand myself and make peace with myself We have to do that We change to a more balanced life style We deal with the past and live in the now Hard to do put can be done

You are so right Sandra, and this journey of losing weight cannot be done in balance unless we learn more of who we are in Jesus and let Him lead and guide us in all decisions of eating and living life to the fullest and the only way to do that is to get healthy the way Jesus leads us to get healthy. emoticon m emoticon

It can be done when we do a reversal on our thoughts to what happiness is and see God's joy instead. This could almost be a featured post on weight loss "how to", Sandra. Good job!
