I know I haven't blogged anything in over two weeks. The shock of finding out I was pregnant only to lose the baby a month later was a bit overwhelming and it's taking me some time to find my new normal.
With that being said, I'm back to exercising and am so happy to back at it! I've gone back to teaching yoga and Zumba Gold with the hopes of getting Aqua Zumba back on track, too. I've also started attending a bootcamp two times a week. It's incredibly challenging, but I'm finding that I like it a lot!
So, I guess that's my challenge for y'all today. Try something new! It's always a good thing to challenge the body and shake things up a bit. It keeps boredom at bay and also makes you use muscles you're not used to using.
