When I say diet, I mean the food I eat not a restrictive food regime. I am looking for something I can live with.
I am torn between carb cycling and "simple before six" It it really hard to both (low carb vegan is tricky). I am trying to figure out something that works for me. Simple before six is attractive because I don't inconvenience my family if I am doing vegan until dinner. But I have chickens so it makes no sense to not eat eggs during the day. I will sort something out.
