Yesterday was the Icelandic Independence Day. Fun fact: we got our independence from Denmark in 1944, so it will be 70 years next year!
I went on a 50 minute walk with my sister yesterday. It was a good walk and we walked up a big hill, so that helped the calories burn off!
I went for a run today outside. I haven´t done than all summer (just on the treadmill inside). It was very hard!! I ran/jogged/walked 2.2 km (1.3 miles) in 17 minutes. Like I said, it was very difficult, so I´m going again tomorrow haha. I really want to run the whole 2.2 km without walking, but I´m just going to practice!
Tonight I´m doing Zumba with my sister! Two workouts in one day. I have the whole off work, so why not!
