Eating healthy will be tricky this week. I am going back to my regular schedule at my 2nd job and there won't be time to cook at all today or tomorrow. I work my day job from 8am till 5pm and my night job waiting tables from 5pm till sometime between 10pm and 12am. I won't get to eat until after I get off from the 2nd job. By that time I'm too tired to cook and the only places open are fast food. I'm going to do my best but I'll need to figure out what to do in the coming weeks. Oh and to complicate matters I really can't cook anything in advance because I have a teenage son that eats everything that isn't nailed down while I am at work.
Anyone have any suggestions?
