eating challenges this week.

Eating healthy will be tricky this week. I am going back to my regular schedule at my 2nd job and there won't be time to cook at all today or tomorrow. I work my day job from 8am till 5pm and my night job waiting tables from 5pm till sometime between 10pm and 12am. I won't get to eat until after I get off from the 2nd job. By that time I'm too tired to cook and the only places open are fast food. I'm going to do my best but I'll need to figure out what to do in the coming weeks. Oh and to complicate matters I really can't cook anything in advance because I have a teenage son that eats everything that isn't nailed down while I am at work.
Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks for the Ideas. Last night when I got off work I went to the store and bought apples and a watermelon. I cut up the watermelon and portioned it in ziploc bags. I'm hoping they will let me order grilled chicken to go before the kitchen closes tonight. We aren't supposed to eat or order food while on the clock but the kitchen is usually closed by then.

    I am with Shan. I always keep almonds around for snacking/energy. Fruit is also great this time of year. Can you get anything healthy to eat at your 2nd job?

    I don't have any suggestions other than getting some healthy stuff that does not have to be cooked and keeping it in your car??
