Being consistant is somewhat foreign to me, it's something I don't like to do since I tend to get bored easily. The trick is no two days are a like. I do not do the same thing every day, and I think it's part of my reasoning that the only way for consistancy is to do novel things.
I have a been collecting DVDs I bought off of Ebay for next to nothing, that I use along with exercising on YouTube, there's always something NEW to DO!
I love having the FitBit and my logic and reasoning is, exercise doesn't have to be boring or painful, just keep moving, and the steps add up and the calories burn off.
JUST KEEP MOVING is my mantra, it doesn't matter what it is as long as I get 20 minutes of some sort of cardio.
There is a treasure trove of exercise or moving possibilities out there you just have to explore and find what it is that keeps you moving!
