Yesterday I went for a 45min walk. It felt good, but I also got to see exactly how out of shape I got during my pregnancy. I wanted to be one of "those girls" who doesn't gain a bunch of weight and is healthy and active during her pregnancy, YEAH RIGHT. I ate what I wanted (Burger King whoppers were the best) and when I wanted (anytime day and night.) So now that I'm struggling to get my so called "will power" back, I also struggle to get my motivation. This challenge is going to be good for me because it forces me to get on to sparkpeople every day. I will get to log food and my exercise!! This is going to be the first small streak I start myself with, log my food and exercise every day!
The challenge asks us to choose a goal between 100 push-ups, mastering the pull-up, completing a 10k (walk or run), and increasing daily stair usage. I'm going to choose the push-up challenge because I've always wanted to do it!!
